We will replace your old (asbestos free) hot water boiler that has up to 3 Zones total with a new SMITH oil fired, chimney vented, cast iron hot water boiler model #8-W-3, including a new high efficient BECKETT AFG oil burner; Complete with all new boiler and burner controls and safeties. We will also install a new oil safety valve or replace the existing oil line as required per code.Please add an additional sum of $255.00 for a tankless hot water coil to be also included with a new mixing valve, if one is needed.
Please add an additional $170.00 for each additional circulator pumps required after the first three included ones. Thermostat replacements are additional.
Oil permit is included. Wiring of new boiler is included, however, if the EMERGENCY switch needs to be relocated out of the cellar and into the house, please add an addition $400.00 to the cost or you may hire your own electrician to move the switch and you are responsible for his fees.

We are pleased to offer you this quote for the sum of $2570.00, we will replace your old gas fired Warm air furnace with a new Ruud Weather King, gas fired, chimney vented, furnace model #RGSP07EAM, complete with all new boiler and burner controls and safeties.
Note: The old furnace and nearby ducts must be asbestos free. If your furnace or nearby ducts have asbestos, it must be first removed by a licensed asbestos removal company. You are responsible for hiring such a contractor and are not included in this quoted price.
Note: if the chimney is not clay tile lined, than we will install a new Z-FLEX metal chimney liner for an additional cost of $650.00.
We will reconnect the existing asbestos-free heat ducts to the new furnace.
We will remove and discard the old asbestos free furnace.
Gas permit is included. Wiring of new furnace is included if the old unit already has a 120 volt circuit connection at the furnace. Otherwise, the cost of an electrician is additional to this quoted price.
All materials and workmanship are guaranteed for one year with a paid-in-full contract and the new furnace’s heat exchanger has an extended limited warranty against defects.
