 “Preventive Maintenance Agreement”
 for Natural Gas & Oil Fired Heating Systems

Let us take the worry out of servicing your heating system. Preventive maintenance and service are known to maintain efficiency and increase life expectancy of mechanical units. Your heating system and its related equipment are no different. Have peace of mind knowing we are keeping yours running safe and clean.

We will provide:

·         Annual tune up and cleaning (1 visit annually) (scheduled ahead) which includes:

·         Complete vacuuming of the system (ducts not included)

·         Clean and set electrodes

·         Check and clean the heat exchanger

·         Clean and adjust the burner / ignition controls

·         Clean and check breeching

·         Check and replace standard air filters

·         Check and replace standard burner gasket, oil pump strainer and gasket

·         Check oil and gas connections for leaks

·         Replace the nozzle

·         Replace the oil filter

·         Perform combustion efficiency testing

·         Inspect the oil tank(s) for signs of leaking

·         24 Hour Emergency Heating System Service at regular rates (no overtime charges)

·         Priority dispatch for any heating system repair call

·         10% Discount on all heating system repair parts throughout the year

·         5%   Discount on a new replacement unit (5% off of the quoted price)

·         10% Discount on a new INTELLICON energy savings control installation (forced hot water and warm air units only, no steam units

COST: $ 229.00 per year, per unit, with a maximum of 3 units at any one house.

                            (non-commercial property only) Condo homes accepted. 

* Customer must stay current with their invoice account. Invoices that are 90 days over-due will suspend contract, until account is current once again.

*Leominster Plb.& Htg. Co. reserves the right to reject any service agreement if an inspection by our service technician finds the equipment to be in such condition that service will be unsatisfactory to both parties. Some existing systems may require code updates to satisfy State of Massachusetts and NFPA requirements.

** Leominster Plb.& Htg. will endeavor to render prompt and efficient service hereunder, but it is expressly agreed that this company shall in no event be liable for damage or loss caused by delay or any loss arising out of performance of this agreement.
